Breeding ?

I want to start working on hybrids . Thus for the outdoors . My plan is to take strains like C99 ,OG ,Chem ,Blue dream ,Trainwreck , Cookies ect and hit them with males of well known outdoor strains that lack potency .

Question is how many generations of work would it take to get something that will be good for a environment at a certain lat/long. Was reading clarks book I think it was about how ppl breed for ones environment for a few generations 3-6 gens (some countries breed for seed each season) and with each gen the genetics respond better and better to that area . Thus when bred outdoor . Hope this is clear

Basically want to breed genetics and make them respond better to my area over time by working them outside and inside . I want to use NL , Sk1 , Afghani 1 , Sourbubble for males . due to these respond well in my area . I think maybe for example a OG x (SK#1/ OG) would probably do a lot better then plain og outdoors due to weak stems and flop of the og . plus I want large stock of genetics so I don't have to shell out money for genetics every season that could be stolen, damaged by weather ,animals ect
