(This has been written over a week period).. so some stuff as far as timing may be messed up a bit..
* Sorry for the long thread to read, a lot to update on, about basically 3 grows, my ID, OD, and my best friend's first run, ID, which Im overlooking and helping with, all my genetics and decisions, but he's gotta pay for all but the genetics and advice and help. Its king great for a small 1st time grower.*
A lot of gear being run and tested.. great selection of different good gear.
We have Bodhi, Gooey, strayfox, Dynasty, Trichome Jungle, Karma, Sin City, Johnston, Loran, Norstar, Outlaw, myself, and more? multiple lines by some.
Its gonna be a sick run and selection of genetics. Many lines have either awesome cuts or keepers of killer lines by some of the best breeders out there to make new awesome hybrids.

Wanted to give you all an update on my current ID & OD grow, and other grow Im running for my buddy.. hopefully he'll join up and post it up proper.. all my gear, a good amount of help but his garden, and we just plan on helping each other out nd sharing genetics.. even if i provide them all.. gives me a spot to run more gear and test more too. So give and take but a good friend needs help with growing his own, good friend, former roommate so he saw me grow for a year.. I think his first grow is as good as you can expect.
Long story short..
I popped a bunch of seeds, I won't get into the males much but most strains were about 2-5 seeds, most 3, and some only 1 ended up coming up. Ill get further into it eventually.
The bubba x shimla is one i really hoped to get a female..
I only got 1/3 females of..., 1 I chose for ODs, of stray's (KaliSchnapple/PG x Kona Sunset), 3/3 321 Kush males I think all my 3 WiFi/SSDD are male (maybe 1 is fem), both 2/2 "Grandma's Sugar Cookies" (GSC/BSB) , but I got 2/2 females of GDPPBC w/ the same male, just Plat GSC/GDP mother instead of GSC forum cut. gave my buddy a seedling of it also. same male Black Sugar Berry (PlushBerry x Black Domina)...
I have a giant plant of Salmon River and Lovin Cup( getting so damn big for me IDs.. literally I could flower either with both lights combined, and pull 1+ pounds off SROG, 2+ off LC.. hoping for a 1/2 & 3/4+ off each, and another 2-3 from the rest combined.
only 2 clones I got back from my friend , supposedly(an actual friend.. I do feel bad for what he's gone thru, but he kinda fucked me over before that). , who was holding about a dozen different females for me, all i got back.. lost some good rare unreplaceables. whatever. more beans tp run. should have plenty keepers from our run this time combined. if all clones take, if phenos count as different ones, will have 15+ females to choose from, probably 10+ strains.

a few plants unsexed including 1 (WiFi x SSDD), but I think they may all be males (at least 2/3 were.).. but this one I think may be female.. would make 1/3.. I got 3/3 (Black Triangle x SSDD) & 1/2 (3 Kings OG x SSDD)

Crater Lake male.. about a week or so ago
(only 1 male so far of all l I culled has started to actually make a few full sacks.., not this one.. though its been like 3 days now.. luckily Ill be in bloom soon and hopefully the OD male catches up.
I was thinking on keeping either or both a WiFi x SSDD by Bodhi & a Black Dog by Loran, but I decided Im only gonna work with the 1 male, and I think I have one in ground, of my own Goji OG male hit to my old Qush keeper, , and if I like the look of it as its starting to bloom, Ill let it and collect pollen off that and bring it to a few different ID plants..
Was hard to throw out those 2 males and the only sole Bubba x Shimla plant, also male.

..this dude has tight nodes, sexy sativa dom leaves but not too thin, and a great berry lemon sweet/sour skunk stem rub, Im excited.. haven't seen my OD what turned to be male, (Qush x Goji OG) in over a week.
I think this has a sick lineage, my Chem D x SSH first pheno of the Goji male's progeny Ive tested was awesome, and I think Qush was awesome, best keeper of 3-4 females..
This I mistook as a female or it wouldn't be in ground. I think it may be a nice male, plus already my own hybrid, making any cross more something worked and further off than just %50 any other line.
Theres also 2 Blue Power's both unsexed, I think it may be 1 & 1, in my buddy's room, and if the male looks good, I think it sounds perfect to hit to the Salmon River, Lovin Cup and maybe Godfire and GDPPBC. Oh, f2s.
..now all the males have been taken out today (8-4-16).. I have 3-5 either I think or DEF females, in smaller pots, or of strains I have 2 phenos of, so I decided as I need the room, and get my count down as the SROG and especially Lovin Cup are huge.. Lovin cup could easily use my 600W light by itself in a 4-4' square space. The SROG solely under the 315 CMH.. that leaves like 12+ plants that still need to be flowered.
Im gonna light supplementally w/ CFLs, and Im looking into a cheap LED system and 2x4' T5 system, to be run together for a fuller spectrum than the LED alone. Very least CFLs in corners. maybe even a single stoplight on the other side of the HPS and a couple pairs of cfos on the other side for the CMH.

Decided Id bring a few plant to my buddy's.. I just had him pop some more beans.. and Im bringing over a (WiFi x SSDD), (Black Triangle x SSDD), (Yo Mama x SSH), all made by Bodhi.. the second 2 Im %95 positive are females, and the first, hopefully 1/3 females of that line of the WiFi hybrid.
I also will bring about 5? plants outside.. put in shade a few days, hit w/ spinosad again, and put in holes. They will finish medium, most, probably 5 will be 3' finished, and 3-4 2'+ finished. some are only now gonna go out at just over a food tall after root system.
My SROG is tight, but 3' tall almost exact.. huge for a pre-flowered indica dom line.. hope it dent stretch too much..
Ive though I should just cut the top 2-3 node off the meristem.. its growing like a seed, meristem style, but Im worried its gonna stretch too high and I have some big side colas that will be huge, and unshaded, Id still have the meristem, just a bit shorter and slight different shape.

I had my buddy pop some beans..
He wanted to run some fem'd gear so we decided to pop some GSC S1s from bag seed, but they're full seeds, you know are S1s, all internal deep, rare manners, and too few seeds to say it was a male donor. So 4 GSC fems went in plugs today
Theres also, 3 other strains..
I had him pop some more of my beans, Im hoping live, a lot..

..So of those (3 days later, this took over a week to refine and finish..)
Theres appealingly 5 that will live.. the Orange Diesel had maybe the hardest shells Ive ever tried, though my buddy did them, I helped rather did plant the ones in plugs that weren't rotting. Didnt use peroxide per my instructions, but some beans were either old or mega tough, both OD, 1 orf the Killer Rose, looks like 2/3 re coming up good, and 2/4 of the GSC S1s.
The seedlings I gave him, Grandma's Sugar Cookies, SnowQueen, Kushage (fem), and Godfire, they're all taking great to the transplant. So I got him started on a perpetual cycle on his first run.
As far as me, Ill have plenty of clones if Im allowed to do another run in this location. Either find a new place or another run there hopefully. Its very difficult to maintain a grow you don't live with when its a good distance.
so between his females, mine, the clones off all of them that will be rooting, taken in next day or 2, will be rooted right upon things getting into the 1`st week of bloom. I usually wait to bloom til cuts are def rooting, as Ive lost great genetics in the past, but I need to start my run more than keepers, and Im sure most will root. i plan to take 2+ of all, so if 1 lives, Im happy.
I've gotten some great new samples from the rep-days at the local hydro store that has them, went today thinking I missed it, got a bunch of good stuff..
Aurora, FoxFarm, Botanicare, and Humboldt came last time, almost a month ago.. Advanced, Smart pots, GH, Microbe Life, and Plant Success came today..
lotsa nice microbial innoculants and ingredients for teas and soil.
So hoping my TLO goes supernatural as it seems already is..

I finally chopped and found all males, and am about to empty and clean my room after a few final transplants.. Then I can clean that area, move my plants, clean the room, put up my other light for bloom, move plants back in while I take cuts off each, and then I think it'll be 2-3 days til Im done with the cuts, and then finish doing the cuts for my buddies' grow, as they're kinda mine too, and I don't wanna lose my gear..
So as soon as they're cut and rooting, Ill start bloom. Ive slowly been taking down my light hours and am at 16/8 right now.. So They're ready to bloom soon.. many plants start at 9 hours darkness. Ill probably give them a full night-day-night of darkness and set them on 12.5/11.5, and end them at either 11.5/12.5 or 11/13. Depends..
Anyways. Ill shut up.
Hope you all enjoy the preview of this run. Im gonna stretch the hell outta my lights, but Im really fuckin impressed with what my 315 has done alone plus a few 23w cfl to veg a whole room. It'll be that and my 600W HPS in flower, and possible a 3rd light and bare minimum CFLs supplementing corners and needed places.
Im looking at anything from a LED, DIY LED, or maybe even a T5 system as a 3rd light to supplement a side of 1 of my existing lights. I wish I had enough cash for a second LEC. I love mine.
